The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company is an expatriate from Brazil with over 30years experience in Transportation Fleet Management. Born in Curitiba, Brazil, Engr. Carneiro studied Civil Engineering with emphasis on Transportation at the Federal University of Parana. He also has a postgraduate degree in System analysis and data processing and an MBA degree in Business Strategy.

Since 1975, Engr. Carneiro has been working in the transport/logistics field and has been responsible for the operations of fleets of up to 1200 vehicles. He has worked in projects with budget of over US$200million.

Engr. Carneiro is a member of several professional organisations including the Engineering and Architectural Council of the Engineering Club of the State of Parana, Brazil, the Foreign Market Council - Trade association of Parana and President of the Municipal transportation Council, Iguassu Falls, Brazil among others.
